Data description (abstract)

The objective of the survey was to understand the users' experience while using the GILL platform. The purpose was to collect feedback to refine and improve the platform so it can better meet users' needs. Beyond the data coming from the result of the surveys, some email addresss were collected from the participants who accepted to share their contact details.
