A mystery shopping survey was held in September and October of 2019 in Thessaloniki's public bus transportation system. Safety and security as well as comfort and customer service were identified and assessed through a questionnaire developed by the research team.
Potential uses / usefulness
Academics/Researchers/ Transport operators can use the above methodology to assess different transportation systems as well as compare with the one analysed herein.
