The report tries to focus on shoppers and leisure users in Birmingham City centre, looking at their current travel habits and use of Birmingham City centre. It will also focus on the current experience of bus users within the City Centre.
With this information, it will then look to bring about significant quality and network improvements and address the concerns, needs and expectations of current and future passengers. In turn, creating a greater understanding of why people use the bus.
